Menstrual Cycles

A normal menstrual cycle should be fairly symptom free other than the menstrual flow, and the awareness that your body is doing something in your lower abdomen. Cramping, heavy bleeding or little bleeding, PMS feelings, breast tenderness, headaches or migraines, are all symptoms of correctable dysfunction. Most women experiencing these symptoms are also experiencing other improper elimination and/or digestion symptoms, but there are exceptions to this. When your menstrual cycle is functioning properly you will feel the benefits in many areas of your life, including a symptom free menopausal transition. Most importantly, if you are planning on having children, both your and your child’s health benefit immensely from proper menstrual function. It is never easier to correct it than now, You and your body can do it.
